Advanced Tumblers
The next step in tumbling! After a solid foundation of beginner tumbling has been achieved you can move towards more advanced tumbling skills such as handsprings and tucks! Certain skills are required to move into this class. Please attend the 5:50 tumbling class first for appropriate placement
Aqua Arthritis
Improve range of motion and improve flexibility with exercises adapted for joint issues.
Aqua Balance
A low-impact, all-encompassing body stretch, strengthening and balance workout.
Aqua Core & More
Modified AquaFit format, designed to increase core stabilization, improve balance, and build strength. Suitable for all levels of conditioning. Drag and buoyant resistance may be added for increased intensity or to further challenge stability and balance. May include components of tai chi, yoga, and Pilates.
Aqua Easy Does It
This class includes elements of cardio, strength and stretch. Low impact, easy to moderate intensity, equipment may be used.
Aqua Fit
Moderate to high-intensity aquatic fitness workout. This class focuses on cardiovascular, strength, endurance and stretch components. Equipment may be used.
Aqua Step
Workout incorporating a bench to intensify the cardiovascular benefits.
Barre Fusion
A challenging full body workout that incorporates elements from Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and toning classes. Using light weights, a ballet barre and your own body resistance, this class will tone your entire body
Basic Yoga
Basic Yoga is a class that is targeted to beginning yoga participants.
Big Tumblers
This class emphasis is a wide range of acrobatic skill development from handstands and cartwheels to round offs and back handsprings. We will lead your child step by step through mastering the fundamentals of floor work. Ages 7 and up.
Cardio Chair Circuit
This chair based class is designed to improve mobility, balance, coordination and range of joint motion while building endurance and strength. This class is for the older adult or beginner who wants to have fun while improving their physical health. The majority of this class is spent in the chair. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance.This class involves intervals of strength training, cardiovascular activities and stretching.
Cardio Intervals
Boost your metabolism with interval training, a type of physical training that involves bursts of high-intensity work interspersed with periods of low-intensity work. The high intensity periods are typically at or close to near maximum, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity. Optional equipment may be used during lower intensity periods.
Cardio Kickbox
A high-energy, fat-blasting aerobics class with a series of punches and kicks with an emphasis on proper alignment, form and execution.
Circuit Training
Class includes intervals of aerobic activity using stations of weight resistance training. Abdominal conditioning and stretching follows this user friendly class. Suitable for ALL fitness levels.
Combined Use
Independent exercise and Family Swim combined. NO lifeguard on duty.
Core & More
Using a variety of equipment , this class focuses on using your core muscles for optimum toning and strengthening of the entire body. You will receive a total body strength work out during this class.
Dance Mania
Dance Mania uses choreographed dance routines to get the most out of your workout! This class uses top 40 hits,top 40, hip hop, and Latin flare along with fun choreography to make every class different. This class is designed for first time participants as well as experienced participants.
Easy Does It
A beginner level aerobic class for participants looking for a gradual introduction to exercise. Low impact cardio segment followed by light strength training and stretching.
Family Swim
Multi-Purpose Pool is open to members and their families and/or guests for "open swim". All Combined Swim rules apply to Family Swim. NO lifeguard on duty.
Fit-Nastics
A hybrid of Gymnastics and Kid Fitness, this format will have the younger fitness wannabes (and mommy and daddy!) scampering through a circuit of activities. Class includes obstacle courses, drills, and fitness challenges. Includes parent – child interaction. For ages 2-5 years. Parent required to stay.
Flirty Girl
A full body workout using easy to follow dance routines.
Group Cycling
Arrive early for this popular class.This exciting athletic training program utilizes motivation, sports psychology and tested cycling techniques. The instructor will lead the class on a stationary bike through different drills, terrains, hills and intervals to increase your cardiovascular fitness. This program is for all ages and fitness levels. All bikes are SPD-compatible. Please bring a towel and water bottle.
Hip Hop
Come feel the experience in the class where Hip Hop dance and fitness collide. Learn today’s hottest hip hop moves while feeling the energy of exceptional instruction and music. Dance your way to a healthier body today in this one hour energy packed class. All levels welcomed!
Independent Exercise
Multi-Use Pool open for members to exercise independently. No children allowed in the pool during this time.
Iron Fusion
Total body workout that develops strength using weights, in continuous flowing yoga poses, concentrating on core muscles that are involved in balance and Pilates movements to develop long, lean, strong muscles.

Fast-paced, fun, and full of life, this class is all about mixing it up! Using a combination of obstacle courses, entertaining games, challenging drills, and sports activities, your kids will leave more fit, stronger, and laughing! For kids ages 6 and up.
Lap Pool - Lane 1 Closed
Lane 1 of the Lap Pool will be closed if needed for the overflow of the Aquatics Fitness Classes or Swim Lessons.

Metabolic Training
Keep your metabolic rate elevated long after you leave the gym in this user friendly cardiovascular and muscle conditioning class. Short bouts of upper and lower body exercises, using bands, balls and hand weights followed by 30 seconds of rest after each set.
MS Aquacise - Lane 1 Closed
Designed specifically for those with multiple sclerosis and taught in our colder lap pool. Work to enhance balance, increase strength, gain flexibility and increase range of motion. FREE to Members; $25 per 10 classes to non-members.
Pedal-N-Pump
Get a great cardiovascular and strength workout in the same class! Alternating between periods of riding a stationary bike and lifting free weights for the strength segment.

Pilates Mat
Pilates Mat is centered around your core “powerhouse” areas: abs, hips, lower back, and buttocks. This controlled method of body toning will strengthen muscles, improve balance, and streamline posture.
Pool CLOSED

Power Yoga
This yoga class is of a faster pace with Ashtonga Yoga tendencies. Power Yoga is more for the experienced student.
Qi Gong/ T'ai-Chi
While both ancient arts aim to calm the breath, body, and mind, Qi Chong uses a relaxing series of breathing and exercise techniques while T’ai Chi is meditation in motion.
Sit & Stretch
Improve your flexibly and strength through a series of moves designed specifically for the very beginner or older adult. While sitting in a chair, relax and learn the technique of elongating your muscles and proper yoga breathing. Perfect for those who wish to stretch, but cannot get down and up off the floor.

Step
Formulated for all fitness levels, this dynamic cardiovascular workout, which involves stepping on and off an adjustable platform, offers fun moves and creative combinations.
Step Interval
A cardio and strength workout that incorporates weight training in between step aerobic routines.
STRONG®
Weight training program designed to improve muscular strength and endurance of all major muscle groups. This class will challenge all fitness levels. Each muscle group is worked until fatigue, approx. 4-5 minutes per muscle group.
Swim School
Pro-Health Swim School offers swim lessons for children and adults. Group and private lessons are taught on a month-to-month basis and are available to members and non-members. Water Walking
Class includes different ways to walk across the pool. This is a no-impact class and will include stretching.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a more meditative and passive style that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body (ligaments, fascia, bones, and joints) primarily in the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (Yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of muscles. Yin postures are either in the seated or lying position with the muscles relaxed, and generally last two to five minutes.

This is a moderate level class guiding students through proper alignment and breath, exploring a wide range of yoga postures gaining flexibility, core strength, balance and focus.

A combination of yoga and Pilates Mat.
Zumba®
A high-energy aerobic workout that combines exciting music with unique dance moves. The music ranges from salsa and meringue, to reggaeton and samba. This class is for all levels of fitness.
Zumba® Gold
Learn how to move your hips to the Merengue, the Cumbia, the Reggeaton and the Salsa. This class is designed for the active older adult population or the true beginner (deconditioned) participant.
